Implement SAP standard procedure for releasing purchase requisitions & orders with classification and workflow. Determine release strategy by also by order type of the internal order.

Solution

• Create HR-Structure for the workflow
• Create field ZZ_BANF_AUART in append structure for CEBAN (characteristics for release structure)
• Create class and characteristics for the release procedure
• Implement customizing (realese specific, task specific, classification)
• Implement user exit to determine the order type in case of account assignment internbal order
• Setup email notification
