Solution / Integration

• Scoping Workshop with the Business incl. deployment leads
• Collect Business requirements and documentation in HP-Alm
• Define testing scope with Business and coordinate Test set in HP-Alm
• Create design specifications for developments

• Coordinate implementation with external consultants
• Integration test by IT / global busines. Test documentation in HP-Alm
• support and coordinate UAT onsite. Test documentation in HP-Alm
• Cutover and goLive support / Hypercare
