Proof of delivery has to be automized to accelerate the billing .

Solution

A webservice is provided, which does the proof of delivery. It contains or reuses the same funtionality, like the transaction VLPOD or VLPODL.
An application log will be created during processing the webservice.

Electronically confirmation from the forwarder 3rd party tracking software. This 3rd party software is the consumer of the webservice. Trigger is the incomming data from the forwarder.
