Implement SAP standard procedure for releasing purchase orders with classification and workflow. Determine release strategy by also by material item category group (responsibility is separated by this sales characteristic!).

Solution

• Create HR-Structure for the workflow
• Create field ZZMTPOS in append structure for CEKKO (characteristics for release structure)
• Create class and characteristics for the release procedure
• Implement customizing (realese specific, task specific, classification)
• Implement user exit to determine the sales field item category group
